Send us a message with your wedding date, venue if you have one, and a rough sense of your budget. That is all we need to begin. We will come back to you within 48 hours.
Virtual Consultation

We arrange a relaxed video call — no pressure, no commitment. A chance to talk through your day, get to know each other, and see if we are the right fit. Most couples know within the first ten minutes.
Secure Your Date

If we are a good fit, we ask for a deposit to hold your date. This is when the real work begins — you are officially a Bloomify couple, and your wedding has our full attention.
Venue Visit

We visit your venue together. Walking the space in person is where everything comes alive — the light, the flow of the rooms, the moments where flowers will create the most impact. This is one of our favourite parts of the process.
Your Bespoke Proposal

We build your proposal entirely around your day — not a menu, but a vision. You will see exactly what we are creating and where, with costings. Then we get to work making it real.
